To access our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or discontinue pricing plans at our sole discretion
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
