The device

It works only on Superear — and that's the point. Every part of Superear is specially designed, engineered and built for this one job: capturing your conversations cleanly and turning them into perfect notes. No generic earbuds can match it, because none were made for it.
Superear captures the conversation audio in the earbuds themselves, then streams it to the Superear mobile app over Bluetooth for transcription and AI analysis. Without that link, the app can't receive the capture or deliver your notes.
Absolutely. They're full ANC earbuds first. Capture happens quietly in the background and never interrupts playback or call quality.
Roughly eight hours of continuous listening on a charge, and about 28 hours total with the case — these are estimates and real-world battery life will vary with volume, signal and usage. A 10-minute top-up gives you around two hours.
Yes — Superear supports both Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to quiet the world around you and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) to keep your voice clear on calls.
Yes — Superear is a half-open design, so you stay aware of traffic, announcements and the people around you. Walk, talk and move through your day safely while it captures. For the sharpest transcription, a relatively quiet environment gives the best results.

Capture & AI notes

Landline and mobile phone calls, plus online meetings — Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Slack, Zoom and the rest. Capture for online meetings works on iPhone today; desktop support is on the way.
Superear lives in your earbuds. It captures the audio passing through them — your voice and theirs — then turns that into a live transcript and a clean summary with action items. There's nothing to join, place on the table. Put them on, take the call or meeting, and the notes are ready when you hang up.
While dedicated voice recorders can subscribe to AI transcripts, they don't work with earbuds — you still need a separate recorder in your bag or on the table. Meeting bots join software calls as a visible participant, and phone-call support usually means extra setup and a paid subscription. Superear is the earbuds you already wear: it captures cellular, landline and online meetings the same way, without a bot in the room or a second device on the table.
Soon after you hang up. There's no separate step post conversation where you send or sync a recording to the cloud and wait for it to process — Superear streams the audio as you talk, so transcripts appear live and a clean summary with action items is ready within moments of the conversation ending.
English only for now. Support for 40+ languages is coming soon.
Yes — Ask-your-week lets you query everything you've captured in plain language, like "What did I commit to on the Acme call?" Available on Pro and Teams.

Privacy & the law

Recording laws vary by region — some require all parties to consent. Superear includes consent tools and reminders, but you're responsible for following the rules where you and the other party are located. When in doubt, ask first.
On Superear's servers in the US, AU and EU. Transcription and AI are handled only by large, trusted providers — OpenAI, Claude, Deepgram and Amazon — on their enterprise-grade services. Your data is never shared or used for AI training.

Plans & billing

You buy the earbuds once, but the smart part — live transcription, AI summaries and search — runs on Superear's servers, which costs us to operate. The plan covers that. We offer three: Free to get started, Pro for everyday use, and Unlimited for those who capture all day.
Yes. The Free plan gives you 300 transcription minutes a month at no cost — that's on us, we cover the AI processing bill so you can get the full Superear experience for free. When you need more, Pro and Unlimited add capacity. You only need Superear Buds to get started.
Yes. Cancel from the app in two taps — you keep access until the end of your billing period, and your captures stay yours to export.

Right now it's iPhone only. Android is high on our roadmap and we're working hard to get it ready — it won't be long. when Android support lands.
