Superear Buds are half-open ANC earbuds built for all-day wear and clean conversation capture. Use the ear tip size that seals gently without pressure — a better fit improves both comfort and capture quality.
Wear both buds for stereo calls and dual-mic capture.
ANC quiets the room; ENC keeps your voice clear on the line.
You can still hear traffic and people around you — the open design is intentional.
Pairing & Bluetooth
Open the Superear app and sign in.
Open the charging case lid near your iPhone.
When prompted, allow Bluetooth (and microphone / notifications if asked).
Confirm the Buds appear as connected in the app.
If pairing fails, close the case for 10 seconds, turn Bluetooth off and on, then try again. Make sure the Buds are charged and not already connected to another phone.
App overview
After a call ends, summaries land in Today. Open a conversation to read the transcript, action items and notes. From the Dashboard on the web you can review the same captures in a browser.
Sign in with the same account on the web at Dashboard.
Plan limits and upgrades are under Settings in the app, or on the plans page.
Capturing calls & notes
Capture runs while you wear the Buds and talk. There is no extra “send recording” step — audio streams as you speak, and a summary is ready shortly after you hang up.
Use a relatively quiet environment for the sharpest transcript.
Recording laws vary by region — ask the other party when consent is required.
Very short or silent captures may be discarded before transcription.
Battery & charging
Expect roughly eight hours of listening on a charge, and about 28 hours total with the case (real-world life varies with volume, signal and usage). A short top-up in the case restores a few hours quickly.
Seat both buds firmly in the case to charge.
Charge the case with the included cable when the case LED indicates low power.
Troubleshooting
Buds not found: Put both earbuds in your ears, open the case near the phone, confirm Bluetooth is on, and restart the app.
Buds won't show up on your phone (most common): Earbuds reconnect to the last device they were paired with — often a desktop or laptop — so they never appear on your phone. This is normal for any wireless earbuds, not just Superear. To fix it:
On the other device (Mac, PC, iPad, etc.), open Bluetooth settings and Forget / Remove the earbuds.
Put both earbuds in your ears.
Turn Bluetooth on your iPhone off, then back on.
The earbuds should now appear in the list — tap to pair.
No notes after a call: Notes are generated by a cloud AI service, so your iPhone needs internet access. Check each of these:
The Superear app is open and running.
The earbuds show as connected in the Superear app.
Microphone permission is allowed for the app.
Your iPhone has internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data.
One-sided audio: Reseat both buds and confirm both show charged in the app.
Last resort:If a problem still isn't solved, forget the earbuds in Bluetooth settings and pair again, and/or delete and reinstall the Superear app. Deleting the app does not delete your account — it stays safe in the cloud, so just sign back in after reinstalling.
